Refund policy

At Lift Essentials, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), ensuring your rights are protected.

1. Refunds and Returns for Faulty Products

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product you purchase has a major failure or fault. A major failure includes but is not limited to:

  • The product is significantly different from the description or sample shown to you.
  • The product is unsafe for use.
  • The product has a fault that would have stopped someone from buying it had they known about it.

2. Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
  • Be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If your item is deemed faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For any other returns that are accepted, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items on sale or clearance (unless faulty).

7. Consumer Guarantees
